Standard Bank is HELL

This Bank is the worst bank ever, hell itself. I opened and deposited money in this bank early April. A month later I tried to access the money I couldn't and I still can't. I only found out last week Wednesday that my account is blocked. They didn't sent me anything about my account being blocked all these month. I've been in and out of this Bank they have gogos who knows nothing at Soshanguve Crossing. I opened the account at Wonder Park. I call almost everyday I speak to people who tell me they have escalated my case to someone and nothing happens. I don't even have money to call anymore, yet my money is blocked in that Bank, I can't pay my children school fees I can't even drive to the branch. I'm broke they are keeping my money for no reason. Anyone opening an account in this bank RUN AWAY. They will take your money. Can anyone advise me how do I get my money out of that Bank? I feel like I'm never gonna get my money. They don't even deserve this 1 star.
