Standard Bank is gone to the dogs!

They do not even deserve a one rating. Is it just me, or has Standard Bank gone to the dogs? The service and the capabilities of that call centre is pathetic. One agent will provide a service, and 10 days later you are told by another agent- oh sorry, we cannot provide the exact same service. they are unhelpful, useless and a complete waste of time! I think they plan to frustrate customers to avoid assisting so they can just go back to sleep and being their *********** selves! STANDARD BANK - do not call me trying to sell your garbage ever again! Really need to move my account especially now that I'm planning to buy more assets. Students do not be trapped by this bank - they trapped me and I have been loyal but this bank does not deserve loyalty
