Standard Bank is going down the drain!!

I don't know what has happened to Standard Bank but nothing works anymore!! A few days ago my credit card stopped being authorised for international payments. So we called and they said that the ***** Department had flagged it and they have now corrected it. I made an international payment and now a few hours later it won't do them anymore. So we call the ***** line and after 2 attempts of holding on for 7 minutes it just cuts you off!! This has been after a string of ********** service that I have had from them lately!
