Standard Bank Is Frustrating
I submitted a Funeral claim for my daughter late January. It has now been 3 weeks and they haven't concluded the claim. Each time I call, I'm being told it is with the assessors. Why are assessors not concluding the claim? 48 hours has long passed, please prioritize the case
