Standard Bank is Frustrating.

Standard Bank is just Frustrating, and with all the fees they charge you would expect to be treated better. First my Fiance had an issue with a debit order that went off, we called the company that debited and we demanded that it be closed and stopped, the following month it still went off we went to standard bank and all they could say was there's nothing they can do.

I also recently lost my card I stopped the card immediately I realized that I lost it. A couple of days there were strange transactions that took place which I was charged honoring fees for but now I was curious as to how can transactions still take place while I stopped the card tried calling the help desk and I was given a run around. When I had debit order that went off for a Mandate that I never accepted I was told it's an issue with IT I will be getting a call back well that was a lie as to be expected.

For a bank that charges so much on fees you'd expect that you'd have some sense of control and security when it comes to your money.
