Standard Bank is ****

I am on debt review and standard bank is one of the institutions which part.

I requester SB that my home loan account will be paid directly from my employer due to the subsidy that we get.

Standard bank agreed to the arrangement, however there was a glitch on the payment on the first few months because the money was bouncing bank.

I communicated this with the Bank and paid the money directly from my account during those first months. My employer was then adviced to pay this amount to bucket account. I suspect SB did this deliberately as at later stage they said my account is in arrears and my arrangement is no longer valid.

I called and wrote emails to SB and no one can help me.
