STANDARD BANK IS FAILING THEIR CUSTOMERS !

SINCE MAY THIS YEAR I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ARRANGE FOR MY REPLACEMENT CARD. MY BRANCH, HOWARD CENTRE, PINELANDS HAVE BEEN CLOSED FOR A VERY LONG TIME, OPENS, THEN CLOSES, SENDS US FROM ONE BRANCH TO ANOTHER, THOSE ARE ALSO CLOSED !!! THIS IS TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING. What is the problem? no money ? infected by the virus? what?? try and sort out the problem via mail or another way please !! we have bills to pay and are you going to assist us with that ??? that is a very poor show !!
