Standard bank is doing nonsense intentionally,I will never shame

After writing my review on Thursday night.The following day the sent me an acceptance letter,but the account number is wrong and it affects the name of the asset too.my vehicle is a polo TSI but they wrote hyundai.my question is,how can the account number be wrong,the asset name be wrong but the engine number is correct.how can that happen on earth,they are doing it intentionally,they don't want to help.They want me to give up so they can reposes the car.
