Standard Bank is disgusting and pathetic

Standard useless bank just had to **** me off once again, you could swear that Standard Bank has a mandate of ****ing me off each week of my life. I had issues with my account where my cheque card was linked to an incorrect account, after lodging a complaint on Hello Peter, I received a call from some dude from Standard Bank and he said he would contact Irene from Southgate and get back t me, the guy never did and I decided to let things be as Standard Bank is not doing me a favor by keeping my money. A few days later I noticed that the card was linked to my account and I was not informed of this. Last Friday I used my card for the first time at a POS machine and I was told that I had insufficient funds while I had enough money in my account, this was really embarrassing and luckily I had cash on me. I went to query this at the Southdale branch cause the question at Southgate were ridiculous, I was informed that there is nothing wrong with the card and I need to check with card division. I called card division and I spoke to Peace who confirmed that there are no issues with my card and I can use it to at a POS machine. I went to Pick n Pay shortly after to test this and the transaction didn’t go thru due to insufficient funds, I then had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. I am really fed up of Standard Bank and it’s ****py service, you guys are worse than a government department. Please close this ****** account clearly you guys don’t want my business and you are not the only bank in the country. Please confirm once this useless account has been closed cause I don’t have patience for this sh*t.
