Standard Bank is de*****ing pensioners!!!!

In June 2021, my 65 year old pensioner mom submitted an affidavit to Standard Bank and their ***** unit regarding ********** credit card that was opened un her her name. The account number is M***, and the credit card was opened from 2010. We have submitted all the necessary documents, Standard Bank admitted that my mother didn't open or collect the credit card. But Standard Bank is still taking monthly payments for the ********** credit card. We have been sent from pillar to post and it is disgusting the service received!!!
