Standard bank is de*****ing me

Standard bank seem to be ****ing me themselves, my account was frozen last week and i was asked to send proof of payment for which i did to my surprise nothing has happened since and my account is still blocked what exactly is happening is this how customers are getting treated by this bogus bank? I have been calling everyday and im told we are escarleting, escarleting I'm fed up with these **** stories i want my account activated today, you had enough time to review my proof of payment unless if standard bank is one of them fly by nights banks that capitalises from the poor. I will ever ever refer anyone to this unspeakable bank nx'
