Standard Bank is completely useless
I have a loan account with Standard Bank for which i have a agreement with their lawyers(Norton-LamBrianos) to pay them a set amount every month.
Regardless of this agreement, Standard Bank decides to take unauthorised debit orders off my account each month. First it was for just over R200, then the next month it was over R300 and today they took almost R400.
What is the point of me having a agreement with their lawyers when they decide to do their own thing?
I spoke to Lizelle Pretorious who said to me that this is bank charges. Please explain how this can be bank charges for varying amounts each month?
