Standard Bank is awful
Unfortunately, I can't rate this bank a zero. Is there a more useless bank in the country? I haven't been able to operate my online banking for weeks - something is always wrong with their system and they can't update my OTP. Then you try calling them and you are on hold for over 30 minutes. what a waste of time and space.
