Standard bank is an disgrace
Standard bank customer service is an absolute disgrace. Its disgusting how they treat people over the phone. While we all in lockdown and certain things cant be done in the bank branches.
Its an absolute nightmare trying to sort out cards and just get treated like a normal human, no respect. Utterly disgusted.
