Standard Bank is an absolute JOKE
Have received the most disgusting service I have ever experienced. I upgraded my account to " Prestige Banking" over a month ago and did a credit application- Its now a month and half later and still no feedback. I have contacted Standard bank 4 times with no joy. I am currently on hold with Standard as we speak. I have been transferred 6 times!! I've been on this call for 1 hour and 30 minutes and IM STILL ON HOLD!!!! oh..... And on top of that, I get charged the "prestige banking" bank fees but do not have any joy of the service.
