Standard Bank is aggressively trying to ruin me
Standard Bank is aggressively trying to ruin me. I paid my arrears on my accounts and requested to be reinstated under Debt Review, however, the inconsistent info from Standard Bank is never ending. Do you want to take all my livelihood away from me? I called Standard Bank 2 May on *** at 11h37 and again got a call back 5 May around 12h53 from number *** Aziwi, who advised me I had no outstanding arrears on my credit card. I demand a copy of this recording. I've also sent numerous emails to standard Bank requesting to reinstate my debt review in order to continue making my monthly payments but no response received. Today I received another request from Mac Roberts attorneys about credit card arrears. This is unacceptable and I can't just pay arrears that I don't know where it comes from or afford.
