Standard Bank is actually trash.
Standard Bank does not care about their clients. I have been on the line for ***** department for 30minutes straight and I’m still waiting inline to report a ***** case I had initially emailed my banker about but have received zero assistance from them. Their private banking is actually horrible, the worst experience ever since I joined.
