Standard Bank is actually the greediest and worst bank in SA

Didnt make a few home loan payments over lockdown. Trying to set my account right, but standard bank refuses to let me know what my account balances are. Have not received a single statement for this entire year. But standard bank plain refuses to email me a statement or let me know what my balance is. I am told I have been handed over to their attorneys and I must deal with them.

This regardless of payments some payments made after lockdown as soon as I had funds.

Standard Bank are really just a bunch of greedy ***s that really do not give a damn about its clients or their livelihood.
