Standard Bank is a Waste of Time and Useless

It is almost a year now and I’m waiting for my card. I have submitted several complains and persevered the crazy queue and all they have done is promised the card is on its way. To date no follow up and no card but they can send ******* messages threatening to hand my account over for the current month bank fees in neg balance. What ****es me off the most us their incompetence. They say there is nothing wrong with the card I gave but it does not work at the atm or point of sale.
