Standard bank is a useless bank, poor service.Very poor! !!

Standard bank, What a useless bank, very useless,poor services.All they know is to tell their clients that "The system doesn't allow us to assist you with bluh bluh bluh.USELESS!!!!Very useless!!!!

I sent money to the wrong person using their banking app and all I wanted to know is the names of the account holder,I mean,even at the ATM when sending money,one can get that information cause the ATM does ask "Are you sure you want to send money to ABC? and when you call to ask for such information they say the system doesn't allow them to reveal such information.

And they can clearly see that I did sent that money from my bank statement.

Standard bank doesn't care about their clients.USELESS BANK.VERY USELESS!!!!
