Standard bank is a trap and a ****!

I'm beyond disappointed with this massive bank, I closed a credit card with them in 2014 and asked them to update their systems. I was emailed by a Megan Sculard from the bank in 2014, confirming that my card was closed. To my surprise, today I go there and guess whats appearing as a debt in my name - the same credit card. This means I'm unable to apply anywhere for credit because of an account I closed in 2014, same bank that confirmed this to me now tells me the a count is still active. I feel so defeated, so disappointed. That bank is just a mickey mouse organization. Sies!
