Standard Bank is a substandard bank

Standard bank is a substandard bank in my view with substandard consultants in my view, especially the vehicle finance division and their verification department. An hour procedure turned into a week and even today there is still no way forward. I am a medical doctor for the past 6 years, I app**** for vehicle finance for a car that is well within my range; R219 890, I have been sent from pillar to post, I can't even tell whether they just don't want my business or the level of *********** in the bank is just in a whole new level. I haven't even gotten to the point of even negotiation on their ridiculously high interest rate of more than 14%

My advice to fellow South African, if you aren't already stuck with Standard Bank, stay far away from it
