Standard Bank is a **** show

I recently wrote a review on Standard bank because they blocked my account and I went to their branch to enquire this and was told the ***** department would contact me and more than a month later they still haven't made contact. All my things are on hold and I'm unable to get things done. Schools are opening tomorrow and I'm unable to prepare for that due to this inconvenience. I am so sick and tired of these people I just want my money back so I can move on with my life. This is my worst experience with them.
