Standard Bank is a ****ty bank with the worst service.

I have been banking with Standard bank for over 10 years. A year ago a bank teller deposited money into my account mistaking it for someone else's account. Months later standard bank contacted me and explained what had happened so I agreed to pay back the money in bits with a deposit and not a debit order. From that time standard bank has the audacity to tap into my account and withdraw money every month. When i go to the bank to enquire about the money being taken without my permission no body has an answer. As far as I am concerned no bank has the right to debit or take any money from your account without permission. I am so disgusted by this bank and their service. I am on pension now and I will never dream of allowing my employer to pay my pension money into standard bank. I cant wait to actually move all my funds to another bank and close that account. Standard is the worst bank ever. And they have no remorse .
