Standard bank is a ****

Honestly standard bank is getting on my very last nerve. I settled my car last year and now they say l still owe them. They have an access amount which is due to me which they still haven't paid to date. I've been calling for my refund and they don't communicate with me. I need my refund. It's Been too long now.

Not that the car thing is enough. I also received an email saying l have an outstanding amount on my homeloan which was also paid up in 2019.

Someone needs to explain what is going on here. I'm super frustrated by this
