Standard Bank is a joke

Standard Bank loan sales department is pathetic. They let you quality for increases and then their system crashes. On contacting them they promise to call you back. You wait two weeks and finally call again, speak to a consultant who takes 30 min of your time and promises to call you back within 48 hours. That never happened. Its now 2 weeks ago on that promise as well. Pathetic service
