Standard Bank is a Horrible Bank

I have been unable to meet my payment obligations recently due to personal circumstances and have had the decency of calling Standard bank and informing them accordingly. Mbali promised to restructure my payments and send me the payment structure for review, this has not happened to date. The moment money has entered my account, they *******ly deduct it without consulting me. I am very angry about this and demand that this debit order be reversed as the money has been reserved for legal expenses. This is one of the reasons I will be leaving Standard bank as they are very nasty to their clients. So much for being a Prestige client when they deal with you like ****.
