STANDARD BANK IS A *****ULANT BANK

I received an email with a link to standard bank website, at the same time I receive a SMS with an OTP number. Thought it could be standard bank as I received a OTP. However I used the link and the OTP. The money was withdrawn from my account. I immediately called the ***** line to log this. Standard bank has now refused to refund my account. I am a new client to standard bank and feel disgusted. My previous bank was never this unfriendly and un-helpful. How did these ********** even got hold of my email and cel number and also know that I bank with standard bank. I feel standard bank is full of ***** and not making their online banking safe for their users. Numerous friends and colleagues found also advised me they were also ****med via standard bank.....
