Standard Bank is a *. ****** addition of Vehicle cover without my request or confirmation

Standard Bank is a fruad. They have ********** added car insurance cover into my Vehicle and Assest Finance loan after I updated my banking details recently WITHOUT my request or confirmation. They are tying to claim to me that they been sending me emails to request if I need cover which they have not as the last email recieved from them is the 18 of May 2021 and that was my statement.

Now they added the Product WITHOUT my request or authorisation to do so which is ********** AND IILEGAL then when I try to cancel it the are sending from pillar to post to send proof of cover for something I did not request to begin with and I have Proof because such an email does not exist.

I REGRET THE DAY I EVER WENT TO THIS BANK, THEY ARE *****S.
