Standard Bank is a disgrace bank

If there is a zero star I would give to Standard Bank, such a horrible and inconsiderate bank My daughter is an artist and a freelance and her income is inconsistent, after a long long period of unemployment and no income, her previous agent paid her royalties for the job previously some, what did Standard Bank do, they flagged her account for ***** because they said she doesn’t deserve to have a few thousands in her account, the money is suspicious and and immediately frozen her account, I’m not talking about millions, I’m talking about few thousands my daughter so desperately needed for her survival, to make matters worse she had just booked her car for service and left it at the workshop with no means to pay for it cause her account is frozen, is this how you treat honey South Africans who make an honest living, shame on you Standard Bank. No it doesn’t end there, because I have been financially supporting my daughter when she received her royalties she focused to gift me R5000 it of her money, guess what you also went ahead and froze my account as well, how do we survive and if we should have emergency? Then what? Shame on you Standard Band, there are real ********s out there who de***** people all the time but you flag and froze account of innocent surveillance because they received a few thousands on their bank account of their hard earned honesty money, shame on you
