<p>My life insurance is included onto my bond, when standard bank deducts the bond they also then deduct the insurance which is joint to the bond. Liberty called me to say they havent received payment in 2 month this month being the third. I called standard bank to query and it was escallated to whoever is in charge of such. So, this month i missed payment on my homeloan, i just received an sms to say they wont refund the insurance money as i have missed my payment. what does my insurance and the missing of payment has to do with anything as this is 3 months ago that they deducted my insurance money and made me to be in arrears? someone make me understand tu. You take my money twice and not inform me of your changes in that the insurance premiums wont be paid off my bond installment, no adjustment is made on the bond installment as you still deducting the bond inclusive of the insurance premium. 3 month later, i miss payment and you tell me you will not pay me back what you took 3 months ago from me? This is ******* business practice. You made your own changes, didnt consult me, still took money from me and trying to ***** me at the same time. Haibo...</p>
