standard bank is a BIG disappointment

I made a deposit at a standard bank atm just before the looting started no receipt which was strange to me but wrote my email address and it was never sent to me. And now the deposit for some reason does not appear on the statement, and these are hard times to just lose money to the system i wanna know where my money went to and i am not alone with this problem
