Standard bank is a **** and *****star. They hold my car loan for without deducting so that it wi accumulate interest and bring it back after a year.

Standard bank is a **** and *****star. I was involved in an accident and they handled everything with the insurance. After all they told me am no longer owing them becouse the insurance paid but the insurance told me that they wont pay everything. I called them to arrange for payment but i was told the very same thing twice "am not owing and my account is closed. After a year they called and say am owing them R39 000 and started to deduct without any further communication. After a year of paying i ask for settlement letter, which come back saying R41 000. When i call i was told that it has interest and i was owing more than R39 000.00. They dont want to gave me the records and they can't help me.
