Standard Bank Is ****.

I'm so disappointed in standard bank ethics and service. I was debated for car insurance for a car I don't even have, last month my car was a write off therefore I don't have a car and why was I debated for car insurance for a car I don't have. The Pinetown Standard Bank Branch refused to refund me and made me speak to their customer service representative which claimed that on their systems it doesn't show that my car was a right off. And that their system shows I still have a car and hows that even possible when they wrote off the car. I'm disgusted @ their service and how unupdated their systems are. And their unupdated systems have caused me to be in an inconvenient situation.
