Standard Bank Inward Funds Abysmal Service!!

Standard Bank Inward Funds!! I am literally SO tired of this bank! No wonder the stats were what they were for this bank in 2019! We bring Foreign Currency into this country. Their Call Centre staff (mostly) are rude and not interested in your call. I am tired of my funds being cleared and then waiting 12 hours for it to reflect in my account - sometimes longer! If I get a helpful member of staff my funds reflect within an hour! Same goes for our Private Banker! Not interested in getting our Credit Card! Why we keep persevering is beyond me! It truly is time to move our money! Now I await the generic response from Standard Bank. I wonder when they will learn to look after the customer/client? Send your staff for training in East Africa. Their service is truly magnificent!! Yours is truly abysmal!!
