Standard bank Internet OTP Not Deliver

Standard bank Internet OTP Not Deliver! Have to phone Standard bank with this problem it knows the 6 times this year did phone with the problem and only then my OTP SMS start working. Why can Standard bank not solve their service providers problem? Why must I spend 30 min to 60 min of my work time phoning them to solve my OTP problem, then find it's stopping work next week or next month?!!
