Standard bank internet banking not user friendly for Expats

Managing my finances in South Africa is currently impossible for various reasons. The standard bank application wont accept an international number for one time pins. and though I've set up my OTP to be sent via my email address, this is not happening when I am trying to reset a password. I'm then asked to input my card number (living overseas, I haven't received my latest ATM cards). I've spoken to various departments and no one is able or willing to assist me. I cant even input an international phone number on standard bank's customer service page. With so many expats living abroad who still need to manage their financial commitments in South Africa, I find it astounding that we are blocked from managing our accounts. Please, Standard Bank help me get this sorted.

And Hello Peter, I've had to put my brother's cell phone number down too, as you don't make allowances for international numbers.

Despite the agent's best efforts, I still can't access my internet banking and manage my finances. After paying over £80 in cell phone calls to SA this problem is still not resolved.
