Standard bank International Inward payments
Standard bank International Inward payments. Is the worse, I've been trying to call as I am expecting funds. I called 3 times 1st was on hold for 14 mins then they dropped the call , 2nd on hold for 16min then the call drops and 3rd time was holding for 16:36min they dropped the call on me. While you holding they give alternative channel that don't even work. The WhatsApp option always say "there are no incoming funds" then you call in there are funds. I'm not one to complain but I've never had such bad experience.
