Standard Bank Insurance Services, terrible service
I have property insurance placed through STANDARD BANK INSURANCE SERVICES. I recently submitted a claim and have had shocking service. No assessor after over a month of waiting. Calls unanswered, emails and faxes ignored. What a truly frustrating experience dealing with your company. Unacceptable. This policy was placed 10 years ago and seriously considering cancelling as after this experience I now have no confidence in this company. Communicate with your customers and improve your service.
