Standard Bank Insurance Services, terrible

Terrible customer service.Poor communication, bad claims handling. Unresolved claim on my property insurance. Still awaiting am assessor to contact me after over a month. My calls, emails and faxes unanswered. What what a frustrating and stressful experience dealing with your company. seriously thinking of cancelling my policy after 10 years and going to the ombudsman as I now have no confidence in this company.
