Standard bank insurance ********

I have had my household insurance policy with Standard bank, from the 01 November 2013. 6 months ago, i had tried to lodge a claim against the policy, i was told that an agent will contact me, no one did. <br> <br> This afternoon, i again tried to lodge a claim, and i was told that my policy \wasn't showing up"on their system.<br> <br> the rude call centre agent"
