Standard Bank Insurance ripping us off

I took a policy with Standard Bank in 2019, I then decided to cancel it in September 2020, They've never stopped deducting from my account, regardless of all the emails I have been sending. All that I receive is the email acknowledging receipt of the email, come month end, they deduct.
