Standard Bank Insurance Policy ****!

Its been almost 3 weeks and my issue with Standard bank has not yet been resolved. I am being transfered left right and centre to different people. I have spoken to Mashego, Palesa and Tsakani to mention a few. My last conversation with ***, she sent me a statement showing the home loan transactions and I sent it back to her with highlighted amounts of the money I have been paying over and above the monthly installments. ( home installment plus excess money I have been personaly paying to my Access bond)

I could not get my geyser claim processed because I was told that my Insurance was cancelled in September 2020 ( but I am still being debited R320 for that cancelled insurance.) I have already fixed the geyser and wanted my refund but was told that it was paid to my Access bond.

Could you kindly explain why the extra funds amount ( Access bond) adds up to R18 767 yet the access bond only reflects R11 887? Also I have calculated how much the insurance amount that needs to be in the access bond comes up to: R322(insurance premium erroneously deducted)*18months(from the start of home loan to now) = R5 796

Which means my access bond should reflect R18 767( Access bond) + R5 796 ( Insurance refund) = R24 563

I need transparency on all these said funds. I am now being told that on my R24653 from Access bond, Standard bank took R6031 for Initiation fees, but intitially the Intiation fees was added to my bond according to the statement. I was also told that about R4000 was deducted from the Access bond for Insurance. What Insurance is this? All this is making my head spin.... I am just being told figures by Simone De Jongh but not shown PROOF OF THE TRANSACTIONS.

Please provide me with proof of all these transactions going in and out of my account because the figures do not add up at all.

So what I am being told is that From My R18 767( Access Bond), R5 796 ( Insurance refund) was added to make R24 563, then R6031 ( Initiation fee) was deducted plus R4000 (Insurance fee). I need proof of this and an explanation of the R4000 insurance fees( What is this for?) and why the Insurance refund had to be refunded into my Access bond and not refunded straight into my personal bank account.

After 18 months of paying for a non existence Insurance policy, Standard bank decides to sign me up again for another policy. How will I trust you ever?

Please separate my Insurance policy with my home loan. It must be debited separately for transparency
