Standard bank insurance claims is not worth it.

My Standardbank house insurance claim was a disaster,claim no :25/092142 ,firstly there is no such thing as emergency help ,from an insurance ,when you have a water leak ,I had to put the water off and made a temporary solution , So when the plumbers come they can just do the job and go . No ,plumbers caused more damaged for the claim , and extra do they could come back !they did not have any material ,and needed to go to the furthest hardware shop that took too long and costed me extra ,the people who fixed the ceiling also made more damaged to my property ,and now I'm stuck with another claim, that's going to cost me money,again,I'm stuck with this ugly ceiling and halve painted ,it took the ceiling to be painted and fixed 10 hours !I've lost a whole day ,and I helped them , and still I'm stuck with paint smudge that can't come off ,I'm still trying to clean my floors ,stove top counters,with paint,my washing machine is not working ,after the moved it ,my tapp broke off,of the washing machine damaged to the wooden cases in the hallway,due to damp cloths,every time I use the insurance I have to do repairs myself ,this is *****nce,and they just don't care.the insurance just don't care if the customer is happy or not.
