Standard bank insurance cheating third party claim

I was in a car accident with a person that is insured with Standard bank. This person bumped into me and accepted full responsibility for the accident. We went to the police station and did a accident report and his insurance company would be liable for paying for all damages to my car. Standard bank referred the matter to their lawyers and now I am being told that I am liable for half the damage because i was not vigilant enough, therefore negligent. <br> <br> I want my car fixed as agreed with their client. Please pay up Standard bank!
