Standard Bank Insurance Brokers extremely poor service

I have logged a Standard Bank Insurance claim for my pool pump which is not working. The claim is still left unattended and no contractors have been assigned. I have not even had 1 call from the bank or an assessor. The claim was loaded on the 20th June 2018, it is now the 28th July with no feedback. My pool is now completely overrun with algae which is damaging the fiberglass.
