Standard Bank Insurance Brokers

I am trying to get my recording (Proof) from Standard Bank Insurance Brokers to take my case further!! Everytime I put a Complaint on Hallo Peter they make contact with me and tell me they will get back to me. But that is how far it goes. I am struggling to get this proof from them for over a year now!<br> The service is just not what they promise!!
