Standard bank insurance against loss of income not valid

I was retrenched in Dec 2021. I had insured my term loan with Standard bank and Liberty life. I have informed Standard bank in Jan 2022 about the loss of income and have provided all the documentation. Now I keep receiving calls for the payment of my term loan. This isn't the kind of service I expect from Standard Bank.
