Standard Bank Insurance

<p>I have been waiting for over two months for STD Bank home insurance to sort out a massive branch that has seperated from the main tree to be sorted out. They sent a service provider to my house and after he took photos and said he can do the job I asked if he is insured for any mishaps as the branch wa hanging over my two wendy sheds. He said that he was not and after I followed up the bank said that the report said the damage was not caused by the weather. I asked them to send a qualified accessor out as that story is not true. To date after numerous phone calls I have not heard a word. The branch is now causing more damage to my house roof and gutter as well as the wendy houses which by the way are not insured as they are not on there own foundation. The service from Standard Bank Home Insurance is trully disgusting. I have also sent emails which are totally ignored.</p>
