STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

A claim was loddged on 19 January 2015. There was a break in at my home. The banks contractor, Ad Hoc plumbers came out to do emergency securing of the property. They have still not done the claim after a month now. The contractors say they have sent the quotation to the bank and Standard bank says they are waiting for the contractor. IN the meantime, we have had two incidences of attempted breakins. This is not acceptable, as my family is in danger!! Worst insurance ever!!!
